ART!

I love art. As a child my parents always did attend art courses. I was 7 years going 2 times a week art courses. I learned to paint with acrylic, oil, watercolor, pencils, etc.. I learned to draw, learn to divide symmetrically drawing sheet. I learned to look for drawing every detail of objects, etc .... I could name many things I learned in my art classes, but the most important thing I learned was to enjoy art. I learned that art is a way of life .... Art became a way for me to forget the stress, in a dream, to imagine, and so on. In my parents' house there are many works to paint while attending my classes.

I have no favorite artists because I believe that all persons engaged in the arts are worthy of my admiration. All artists have something special in his art. To me there is good art or bad art only admired for what is put in it. Art is a wonderful thing to observe only. Art is something magical for me.

But if I had to choose an artist to put on a wall in my house would certainly be a "Matta", a great Chilean artist, I find it a great artist. I love the paintings of "Matta". His early works are heavily influenced by the works of Dali and Picasso. This influence is visible in the use of degradation and dark colors, which expresses a dramatic. In general, all his works have something special.

I love art!

Santiago!

The city of Santiago is the capital of Chile. Santiago is the largest city that is Chile. In Santiago you can find the most modern hospitals in the country, the largest shopping and the best and most exclusive shopping facilities. Santiago is definitely a city full of resources.

Santiago is a city surrounded by mountains on one side one finds the Andes Mountains and the other the mountains of the coast. The "Cordillera de los Andes" is the nicest thing is Santiago.

Downtown Santiago has a very nice architecture, I think it's the older architecture of the city. When you walk down the currency, the cathedral and the historic monuments of the city is realizing one of the wonder of its architecture.

But when my foreign friends ask me what I should visit in Santiago, the first thing I say is that they should go to the "Cordillera de los Andes." The Andes Mountains ski resorts have very large and modern. Skiing is wonderful and certainly when tourists come to Santiago in winter time should get to know the "Cordillera de los Andes." When you go to the "Cordillera de los Andes" in winter meets many foreigners of various nationalities. I love the "Cordillera de los Andes".

Santiago's nightlife is also very entertaining. In the city one can find nightlife in various locations. The place that I like most at night is the area of Bellavista. Bellavista is a place where there is diversity and depending on what you want to do is where you go. In Bellavista can dine, chat, a drink, go to the theater or just dance. I love Bellavista!

Santiago is a very entertaining and full of activities. All people who come to visit Santiago always say that Santiago is a wonderful city and very quiet for tourists.

I love Santiago!

LOPES MENDES

It's hard to pick a favorite beach, because I have 3 favorite beaches that marked important moments in my life ...

My favorite beach as a child ....

When I was little my favorite beach was always the "QUINTA OLA" in "LA SERENA." My grandparents lived in LA SERENA then I would very often. He spent every summer in the "QUINTA OLA" with all my cousins, for me that beach was wonderful. The QUINTA OLA is a very quiet beach in Region IV. When I was little was a beach with few people and had no buildings facing the beach. Over the years the sea Avenue LA SERENA was filled with construction of buildings, then lost a little charm. Even so the beach was a great place of fun and games when I was little. The last time I went to the "QUINTA OLA" was 2008.

My favorite beach when I lived in Brazil ....

When I moved out of Chile to Brazil, my favorite beach was GUARUJA. GUARUJA is a beautiful beach in Brazil, is located 2 hours from Sao Paulo (the city where I lived). With my family we all weekend GUARUJA lunch. GUARUJA is a beach with warm waters where bathing is very rich. GUARUJA has many tourist attractions. The last time I went to GUARUJA was 2005.

My favorite beach in the News ...

Currently my favorite beach is "LOPES MENDES", is a beach located in Brazil. LOPES MENDES is a sand beach. It is a white sand beach is very beautiful, wonderful, is the most beautiful beach I've seen. LOPES MENDES is a beach located in Ilha Grande. At this beach you can walk alone through the vegetation. The last time I went to Lopes Mendes was the year 2011, when I went to visit Brazil.

Outdoor Activity

I love outdoor activities. As a child always ride a bicycle and it was almost a family tradition to go out every evening. I rode a bicycle for an hour every day after school. My parents always encouraged me biking.

When I was a teenager I began to share the activity of biking with my friends. I always love to go biking and walking outdoors.

When I was growing up I liked outdoor activities. Today I like to go paragliding. Flying is a huge sense of freedom, you feel that is really free in heaven. I love paragliding.

The first time I was flying two years ago. The first time I flew was very anxious, but then I discovered I loved to fly. I will never forget the first time I flew a paraglider, the teacher helped me a lot to make me feel good in the air. The feeling you get the first time you fly has a lot to do with the connection that one is able to do with the teacher. The teacher is very important the first time you fly.

Paragliding produce many sensations at the same time, you feel free, feel good, you feel happy, etc ... I love flying!

"Color Esperanza"

The songs always make certain stages or moments of life of people. In general I have many songs that represent great moments of my life. But there is always a song that makes the most.

The song that marked a little part of the story of my life is the song of Diego Torres. The song that marked my life is called "the color of hope," is a very nice song. It's a song that gives hope to continue fighting. It's a song I really love.

This song is part of my life because it was a song that my mom dedicated to her three children. My mother would dedicate this song when we moved to Brazil.

When I went to live in Brazil in the beginning was very sad to leave my family in Chile. And this song gives hope to move forward.
There is a phrase of the song is very beautiful and reads: "knowing that you may want to get them to remove their fears, face painting out the color of hope to entice the future with the heart."

Definitely a song that time frame much of my life and I thank you for taking my mom that song.

This tells about two friends that met at the beach. They went to school together but now one was in college and the other didn't do much, he had memory problems so he was in a reformatory for a few years. He had a hard time to remember things, he needed people to remind him a little and then he would remember things with details. His friend Steve always worried about things, but Rusty just loved fighting. When they were in junior high school they hanged out at Benny's that was the popular place for junior high school kids. Rusty had a lot of scars from the fights he was in during that time. When Steve met Rusty he was looking at a big scar Rusty had and that made Rusty remember every thing about that fight. Then they were together at dinner time and talked about good times in school, but Rusty was not happy because he again started remembering about all this fights and when a boy named Biff wanted to kill him because he had said something to a girl in school, etc. Rusty was not scared of fighting, he loved fighting, so he was just going to fight with Biff at the place and time Biff said. Rusty was just scared of being alone, so he wanted to be with his friends as an audience the day of the fight. His best friend Steve told him that he knew how that fight probable was going to end and also told him not to forget what the motorcycle boy said about gang fights. Rusty got very mad because the motorcycle boy was not there, he hadn't seen him for two weeks and didn't know if he was going to be back. He was his brother that he loved and wanted to be like him, but he used to borrow or steal cycles and then went away without telling anybody, and now he was gone. The day of the fight Rusty was there with some friends but his best friend was not there, he arrived late, but was there next to his friend at the end. The fight started and Biff had a knife, but Rusty got a bike chain from a friend and that helped him to get his enemy on the ground. No one was killed and the fight stopped when the motorcycle boy arrived and said that he thought they had stopped all that "Cowboy and Indian crap" like he asked them. At that time Biff cut Rusty with the knife but the motorcycle boy stopped everything and every body left. Rusty, his brother and best friend Steve went back home and helped Rusty with his wound. At the end Rusty was with his father and brother, and not alone.

"One on One" with Jean Piaget.

Piaget was born in 1896 in Neuchatel, in the Francophone region of Switzerland.

He was educated at the University of Neuchâtel, and studied briefly at the University of Zurich. During this time, he published two philosophical papers that showed the direction of his thinking at the time, but which he later dismissed as adolescent thought. His interest in psychoanalysis, at the time a burgeoning strain of psychology, can also be dated to this period.

Piaget was invited to serve as chief consultant at two conferences at Cornell University and University of California, Berkeley . The conferences addressed the relationship of cognitive studies and curriculum development and strived to conceive implications of recent investigations of children's cognitive development for curricula.

Piaget is truly inspiring and I love to discuss with him about Piaget's theory v / s Jung, Jung's theory has much to complement the theory of Piaget.

I would ask the following questions:

Why did his most important studies with your children?

What inspired him to make a children's theory?

Why does all his theories based on 'cognitive'?

Certainly I think it would be a great conversation.

"Las Carmelitas"

A special place in Santiago

The truth is that I did not appreciate the beauty of my city until I lived abroad. I lived some years in Brazil and I began to realize the beauty of my city. .. I was born in Santiago and when you see something always, do not call attention, that's exactly what happened with me.

When I lived in Brazil I began to realize how beautiful some parts of Santiago. I think that everything has a great tourist attraction, just that I did not know to appreciate.

For example, the church "Las Carmelitas" located at "independencia" is a Gothic-style church, very beautiful. It is an old church with a really wonderful infrastructure. The church "Las Carmelitas" is located in the most popular to buy fabrics. It is a very picturesque and has a wonderful diversity of architecture. The sector of "Independencia" from the streets, "Francia and Inglaterra" you can see many houses with wonderful architecture decade of the 50´.

When I walk by "Independencia" I realize that there are historical architecture in this part of town, I love this area. Certainly I think the government can look much the maintenance of those streets.

Concert!

Concert or exhibition

It's hard to pick on my best concert or exhibition. It is unfair to choose. I have been to many concerts and exhibits very good. I love to talk about all the concerts and exhibitions that I liked.

This time speak of the last concert you went. The last concert I attended was in February 2011. It was in the "Festival de Viña del Mar" was the concert of Alejandro Sanz. I think it was really amazing. I think I never had it so good. I really adore and sing.

Alejandro Sanz is a great singer, he sings romantic music. Alejandro Sanz is a Spanish singer.

The concert went with my best friend from work, she is Carolina. Carolina invited me so, I decided to go. I had a really incredible. I think I really liked the concert because I was with my best friend. Carolina is the best company to go to concerts, she always laughs, sings and is very funny.

We arrived at the concert and at 18:00 and left at 2:00 am at the concert sang, shouted, danced, we laughed a lot, and above all share a great time together. It was fun to watch all the women shouted to sing more songs Alejandro Sanz.

My Great Ambition....

I believe my great ambition comes from when he was 7 years ... as I grew older I realized it was me he wanted to do with my life ... and since then I discovered that travel and work was exactly what I would do ....

I would love to work in different countries. Since childhood I always saw my dad traveled a lot for different countries. Seeing as my father worked at the same time know different places, called my attention to combine two things in life. I to be able to fulfill this dream would not only fulfilling a dream it is to travel and experience different places, so I would be working and performing as a professional. I believe that we can travel and work is my greatest ambition. I think we see new places and enjoy new cultures, new lifestyles, new scenery, new people, etc.. is best.

I have always believed that my great passion in life is my job, I love what I do every day. I also love to travel, then travel and work are the perfect combination.

Currently working in a multinational company, so I'm sure will be a great help to fulfill my ambition. Fulfill my ambition would mean a lot to me because I've always wanted.

English

English is a very important language worldwide, not speaking it means being a disadvantage at work, at university. That is why the Social Sciences faculty at the University of Chile since 2007 implemented the English program as a compulsory course for the undergraduate students. At the University of Chile, they want us to acquire the highest category in English, is to understand the main ideas of complex oral and written texts, including technical discussions in their field. Also, the ability to interact fluently with native speakers of English as well as oral and written texts produces clear, detailed text on a wide range of topics. In the category below, the student can develop, albeit with less fluency in professional environments.

In 2007 we asked all students admitted the previous year (2006) of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Chile held a test to see the level of English that everyone had and from there begin the lifelong learning of the language English, revealing 4 levels, the first being the most precarious and 4 the most advanced.

When I started the process of learning English ...

I took the English exam in 2008 being at level 1, I started learning English from the primary level in 2009 with Juan Luzzi, he really was an excellent teacher, I learned a lot with him, but what I should emphasize that taught me to lose some of the fear of language, I must clarify that my whole life I've had fear and resistance to the English language, because the teachers had very little school teachers to teach English and always associated with something negative me. The Level 1 course in English I met my "friends of English," Silvana, Maite, Karina, from there I do all English classrooms they've been from level 1 until now we are at level 4, I think what united us was the fear of failing English, we were always that fear even today.

Then go to level 2 where my teacher was Rosa Zagal, I think she actually saw my progress, I think it was not even able to say "hello" and with this teacher until I took the oral test of English at Level 3 . The teacher always had a lot of patience, because English is very difficult for my language.

So get to level 4 with teacher Alvaro, a level that no doubt has become very difficult for me, this level has been a constant in my day to day because I am currently working, studying a post-graduate and doing my thesis apply for the title, then joined two important things at this level, my difficulty with the language and my limited time to study it as it should. I work hard to fulfill everything the teacher asks, but it definitely is sometimes impossible to comply with everything.

Finally I must say that the English language has always been very difficult for me, but I struggled a lot to get to level 4, I think the university has given me the opportunity to face a complicated subject, has made me a challenge that I face well, however I must point out that English has always been my weak point in school, I still think that the language is very important for the world today.

A Sabbatical Year!

It is difficult in our society see a sabbatical as natural, we are not used, many think of how disastrous it can be a year between quotation marks and do nothing, or feel anxiety when taken as a waste of time, but others think for example that this year would reflect on what you want as long as they do not try to spend all day lying at home, my hope is the thought that someday I could take a sabbatical.

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to take a year off my life in general has always been full of things and plans that I had to meet throughout the years ... I could never stop doing things to take me a long time doing nothing .... I think I am a very responsible person that prohibits me a bit to drop everything and go out and enjoy life, to say the least...

But I've always thought that taking a year to enjoy is the best thing you can do ... I think a year just to do what you really want to do is the best decision you can make. I think if I had the opportunity to take a year to enjoy the beauty of life, travel the world, would travel across countries, known many cultures ... Live the moment, be happy every minute and think only in the now without worrying about tomorrow....

Enumerated a list just to see all the things I like to do now I do not believe that would list things like:
- I like to watch too much television
- I would sleep much
- I like to travel
- I would like to visit different countries
- I like to read many different books
- I'd like to meet many people
- I'd wake up thinking that only makes what I really want to do...

If I could take a year off would comply with the list of things I would do ... But unfortunately everything you want in life is what you may have ... that is why happiness should think about what you have and daily lives.

Environment

People are so used to open the faucet and the water flow does not ask how I get there and less if we waste this resource, however my family since childhood has made me think about this issue and have made me see that there an important relationship between ourselves and nature.

Because if we think the environment is all around us, trees, vegetation, animals, the physical environment and other people. For pollution problems tend to think of it just as nature, water or air, but it is a much richer concept and includes human beings, how they interact and their values.

I'm thinking and I conclude that there is constant interaction between the environment and me. My way of life is influenced by the natural and cultural environment, while my actions modify the environment. For the same reason I feel better living in a city with clean air rather than polluted or working in a friendly work environment rather than conflicting. That is why I prefer to look after the environment.

I think the only way to protect the environment is known. To do this you can make outdoor family trips. These can be squares, parks and walks close to or more distant places during the holidays. In the house can also be made entertaining activities to promote environmental care, I think everything starts from the parents.
That's why I care for the environment because my parents taught me to do, separating the garbage, gardening, watching the water, not polluted, etc .... This topic is really relevant to the planet, so we must all help the environment!

Working mothers: why having a baby need not mean the end of your career

The work and the children ... a dilemma ... which is why I found this article very interesting .... And that is closely related to the human resources area.
Most mothers prefer, of course, to reduce their horizons and enjoy your baby. However, the high cost of living, could push many middle-income parents to return to work earlier than they might have chosen and, although the revised legislation and changing social attitudes have made it easier to combine career and family, remains a difficult task.

A survey by the parents of the online network Netmums found that employment discrimination at its worst moment was when the woman returned from maternity leave to women who reported having a different treatment. Managers with the best of intentions, can leave out in order to facilitate return to work, coworkers may resent cover for a mother who has to leave early to pick up a sick child, but the perception of women have of themselves can also be the culprit

Some large companies have taken to hiring coaches for advice on motherhood in favor of family commitments and to counsel women returning from maternity leave.

The article closes with a very significant paragraph:

"Mothers may have a very negative view of themselves when they return to work and yet, when they talk about motherhood, which sounds like multitasking power," says Liston Smith. "We really should be looking at maternity leave as a leadership development course that equips women even better for the workplace."

My wild party

Bachelorette party for my best friend!!!

The last party more fun and wild that I went to a bachelorette party for my best friend ... it was incredible a party...

It was an incredible celebration ... remembering the party ... was a party organized just for women, specifically just friends from school, first got together to eat and drink up some drinks ... we talked a lot, we laugh and share the fun things we had lived together for many years of friendship, remember the college, the parties they had been together, we'd had boyfriends, teachers, problems and the good times we shared together ....

Almost midnight we went to a place for bachelorette parties, men dance around ... it was really fun and wild ... the dancing showgirls different things and did many games for the bride and her friends ... for example did the brides dance the stage with them, blindfolded them and danced them ... made them run into chairs with balloons to win prizes ... it was very funny ... we laugh a lot with my friends ....

Then we went back to a quieter place to continue talking and having fun, just us ... the party lasted until the next day ... I went home very tired but happy to have had so much fun with my group of friends from school ... .

What a great party, was definitely the wildest party I've gone, and I hope the girlfriend too, because it was a party organized for her ...
